Any quotation is supplied as a 3-year contract + X months (reflecting the free of charge period) on submission of the application. As our commitment to you and to support your school transitioning from your current supplier, your first billing date will not be until your current contract ends with your existing supplier. This is confirmed as (Date/Month/Year). Your first billing date, 30 days before the end of your existing contract, will then revert to our normal invoicing terms. The period between your start of contract with us and your billing date will be free of charge until your existing contract ends, subject to the confirmed date given by the school. Before this time, being in contract with our solutions, your school will have full use of the products you have purchased and will follow our normal implementation and training process.
