Keep time-frames short to create a sense of urgency
Ask students to encourage their parents to download the app
The year/form/house who have the highest percentage of parent inclusion win!

Homework

Set download School Gateway as homework
Remember to chase up students that haven’t done the homework

Prompting

If information for a trip has been put on School Gateway, ask students to remind parents to book it through the app
