ParentPay and Comic Relief Join Forces for Red Nose Day 2021
ParentPay Limited, the UK market leader in school payments, and Comic Relief have joined forces for Red Nose Day 2021.
The partnership, which began in 2016, will continue to support Comic Relief and thousands of schools and parents around the UK to securely donate without cash to this fantastic cause.
Following the success of last year’s Sport Relief campaign, which saw schools and parents raise £57,000 through ParentPay, we are privileged to be working in partnership again to help Comic Relief Red Nose Day make a difference to vulnerable people throughout the UK.
This year’s campaign aims to use all donations across several key areas. By creating hope through humour, Comic Relief aims to tackle mental health stigma, help children survive and thrive, ensure people have a safe place to be, protect women and families at risk of domestic abuse and much more.
Mark Brant, ParentPay Chief Executive Officer, said: “Comic Relief plays a vital role in funding organisations working at ground level to support the most vulnerable people and communities”
Mark added: “Given the current challenges with physical payments, we’re honoured to be able to make a difference and support the fundraising efforts of schools with our cashless payments system.”
Michelle Bromhead, Red Nose Day, Schools Fundraising Manager, commented: “At such a difficult time for so many, we want to make it as easy and safe as possible for schools, parents, and students to be a part of Red Nose Day. That’s why we’re delighted to be partnering with ParentPay to facilitate cashless, contact-free donations once again.”
