Introducing the 2022 Wales School Meal Report

After two years of success with our national report, this year we are proud to be building our own research by offering a Wales-specific version of our 2022 School Meal Report.

The survey we produced attracted an overwhelmingly positive response with an impressive 19,477 completed responses from parents in Wales. We received responses from parents of children in every school year, from early years to the end of secondary school. You can see the split of responses across the different school years below

With a robust size of just over nineteen thousand people, the report accurately represents parent opinions on school meals across Wales.
