This prize draw is run by ParentPay, a business operated by ParentPay Limited, part of the ParentPay Group, and is for eligible ParentPay customers. ParentPay customers will be automatically entered into the prize draw with one entry per educational establishment, or one entry per trust if you are a multi-academy trust, where one of the following applies: during the Relevant Period (defined below) you increase the parent usage rate of One-click payments as a payment method within your school. If you fulfil this eligibility criteria but do not wish to be automatically enrolled, please contact us at marketing@parentpay.com. The prize draw opens on Monday 20th May 2024 at 8am and closes on Friday 5th July 2024 at 5pm (the “Relevant Period”). Those customers who undertake (i), (ii) or (iii) above outside of the Relevant Period will not be entered into the Prize Draw. The top 50 schools with the highest percentage increase in One-click payment usage will be eligible for a prize. Product data enables ParentPay to determine the One-click payment rates for customer schools before the competition opens, and when the competition closes, which enables ParentPay to identify the 50 schools who have increased their rate the most during the competition. 50 winners will be chosen by the ParentPay Product Team, who will analyse One-click payment usage rates to determine which schools have increased their rate the most during the competition. Winners will be chosen w/c Monday 8th July 2024 once the competition has closed. The top 10 winners with the highest percentage increase will win a £100 donation to their school fund, to use on school supplies as needed and a ParentPay Goody Bag containing 5 notepads, 5 USB chargers, 5 pens, coffee and biscuits. The additional 40 winners will win a ParentPay Goody Bag containing 5 notepads, 5 USB chargers, 5 pens, coffee and biscuits. The winners will be notified by email on or before Friday 12th July 2024 and must provide details of the school postal address to claim their prize, the top 10 winners must also provide the details the school fund bank account to receive the donation. If the winner does not claim the prize within 30 days of being notified then they will forfeit the prize and ParentPay will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes. ParentPay will not in any circumstances be responsible for any tax implications occurring as a result of the winner taking up the prize. The name and social media handle of the winning school will be available for up to six weeks after the closing date. If you object to your school name or social media handle being published or made available, please contact ParentPay at marketing@parentpay.com. In such circumstances, ParentPay must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
